Sigma is seeking a Software Engineer to perform the following duties: Analyzes business users’ needs and then designs, develops, codes and tests software to meet those needs, specializing in full .NET stack and JavaScript frameworks, design patterns for desktop, web and mobile applications, and Agile and Scrum methodologies. Gathers requirements, interacts with business users, and transforms requirements into functional specifications. Designs or customizes software for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. May analyze and design databases within an application area individually or as part of a team.
Position reports to employer’s Dallas, TX office and requires travel to and relocation at unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. to work on short & long-term projects.
We require a Bachelor’s degree in CS, IS, or related IT or Engineering field (incl. Electronics Engineering). Must have five years of progressive experience designing, developing, and coding software with C#, SQL Server, Asp.Net MVC, AngularJS, Couch Base, SiteCore, Wewb API, .Net, LINQ, XML, jQuery and JavaScript, to include three years’ experience with ASP. Net and two years’ experience with Sitecore, AngularJs, Web API. (All exp. may be concurrent.)
